Assist with and lead projects including, but not limited to, End User Devices, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft Intune, Azure infrastructure, VMWare and hypervisors. Act with security-first principles when administering technologies and introducing new services. Partner closely with Operations and business stakeholders to design, implement, and support scalable, secure solutions.Essential Responsibilities and DutiesProvide Tier 2/3 support and guidance to Desktop Support & System Administrator I staff on escalated incidentsTroubleshoot complex identity, endpoint, and cloud service issuesMonitor and maintain physical, virtual, and cloud-based systemsAssist with and lead server-related projects, upgrades, maintenance, and system documentationAdminister and support Microsoft Entra ID, including identity lifecycle management, conditional access, role-based access control, and application integrationsManage Microsoft Intune for endpoint management, including device compliance, configuration profiles, security baselines, and application deploymentDesign and support mass deployment solutions for endpoints, applications, and configurations using Intune, Autopilot, scripting, and automationCreate, manage, and maintain Azure AD / Entra app registrations, including permissions, certificates/secrets, and integration with enterprise applicationsCollaborate with security, operations, and business teams to ensure solutions meet compliance, security, and operational requirementsAssist with automation and scripting (PowerShell) to improve efficiency and consistency across environmentsParticipate in an on-call rotation and provide after-hours support as required.Education and/or ExperienceAcceptable equivalent combination of education, experience, and certification; Associates or Bachelor of Science degree in computer science, or equivalent2-4 years’ experience in administrating and managing enterprise server systems including cloud and/or virtual solutionsStrong knowledge and experience with PC hardware (A+ Certification a plus) and software technology, including operating systems, Experience with Server operating systems and services including Windows 2008/2012/2016, DNS, Active Directory, and PowerShell, Experience with O365, Exchange Online, Azure and Intune and Basic understanding of networking protocols and processesWhy Work For Flynn?Flynn Group offers a variety of benefits and perks to encourage and empower our employees.
