Position Summary
This position is responsible for systems administration and providing general IT client support. Personnel in this position setup, maintain, upgrade, and troubleshoot physical and virtual servers, virtual desktop infrastructure, networking, and additional IT managed systems. This employee also works with the helpdesk to assist with client related issues and develops and maintains written documentation to support the administration and maintenance of production quality services. Technical, analytical, and interpersonal skills are essential for success. The work of an IT Systems Administrator will vary according to the nature of the employing organization and the level of responsibility associated with the position. The person in this position may be an IT generalist or an employee with multiple technical specialties including, but not limited to, systems administration, web development, network administration.
Systems administration including designing, maintaining, upgrading, and troubleshooting physical and virtual servers, VDI environments, network infrastructure, and firewalls.

Maintaining, upgrading, and supporting hardware and software for FMD end users, HVAC systems, and other systems as needed.

Planning, creation, management, and maintenance of Active Directory objects and group policies. PowerShell scripting for automation, management, and reports.
