Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT Computer related field preferred or 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with IP Address Management (DHCP, DNS).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Installing and configuring hardware and software.
• Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues.
• Monitor system performance and respond to security concerns.
• Create and verify backups of data.
• Manage small IT projects and support maintenance activities.

Skills

Understanding of OSI and TCP/IP model

Understanding of LAN networking protocols

Understanding of WAN networking protocols

Understanding of Wireless 802.11 protocols

Experience with monitoring and network troubleshooting tools

Experience with Windows server
