Job summary

Fusion Health seeks an IT Systems Administrator to own the administration, maintenance, security, and reliable operation of a Windows‑based infrastructure. This role focuses on the Microsoft stack across on‑premises, Azure, and hybrid environments.

You will manage AD, DNS, DHCP, RDS, and MS SQL, build monitoring, and help drive disaster recovery and security initiatives in a HIPAA‑/SOC 2‑driven setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years administering Windows environments.
• Strong expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and virtualization.
• Proficient with PowerShell for administration and automation.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra ID, and Intune/endpoint management is a plus.
• Advanced experience with disaster recovery and security operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Windows Server environments on‑premises and in Azure (AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP, NPS, RDS).
• Manage Windows file/print servers, IIS apps, patching, and lifecycle management.
• Administer and troubleshoot Azure infrastructure (VMs, Container Apps, Storage, Key Vault).
• Support cloud networking, gateways, WAFs, load balancing, private networking, IPSEC VPN.
• Manage and support MS SQL Server databases.
• Build dashboards, alerts, and monitoring for on‑prem and cloud environments.
• Administer AD and Entra ID, including Conditional Access and MFA.
