Bright Horizons is seeking a systems and infrastructure professional to ensure uptime and performance of global IT infrastructure. The role covers Windows Server, Linux, storage, backup, FTP, and cloud platforms, with primary on-premise support and 24x7 availability.

Hybrid work model requires in-person presence at Westminster, CO three days per week. The candidate will monitor, troubleshoot, upgrade, and coordinate with vendors to meet current and future needs, while supporting MoveIT FTP and

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Computer Science or equivalent with 3+ years of experience in lieu of degree
• 4+ years of related IT experience in enterprise environments
• Experience with Windows/Linux server administration and storage
• Knowledge of security, audit, and compliance practices

Responsibilities

• System administration and maintenance of Windows Server, Linux, and storage
• Maintain Rubrik backup infrastructure and MoveIT FTP infrastructure
• Provide in-person IT support 3 days/week at Westminster, CO office (hybrid)
• Assist IT service desk and escalate when needed
• Plan and implement IT infrastructure projects and vendor coordination
