Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience with 5+ years in IT.
• Security+ certification or DoD 8570 Level II equivalent within 90 days of hire.
• TS/SCI clearance required and CI Poly eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Manage desktop and server systems across LAN/WAN; monitor security and OS installs.
• Provide Tier 1–3 troubleshooting and problem resolution.
• Support software/hardware deployments and patching per policy.
