Responsibilities

• Re-enabling ports and VLAN changes on Access Switches
• Assist government counterparts with on-site and off-site solutions
• Install, configure, and upgrade software and hardware across multiple security classifications
• Provide first-class customer service with professional communication
• Create knowledge base documentation and solutions
• Coordinate with CIO Senior Representatives to provide technical guidance and support
