Job summary

You will monitor, administer, and restore mission IT systems, manage servers, storage, and workstations, and collaborate with vendors to resolve Tier 4 issues.

This role requires TS/SCI with Polygraph and CompTIA Security+ CE minimum, 3+ years of related experience, and on-site work at Springfield, VA.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience in IT systems
• DoD IA certification required: CompTIA Security+ CE minimum
• Experience with ThinkLogical IT systems preferred

Responsibilities

• Monitors, administers, and restores mission IT systems across classified and unclassified networks
• Oversees installation, configuration and maintenance of servers, storage, and workstations
• Monitors system performance and troubleshoots to ensure high availability and reliability
• Performs patch management, updates and backups
• Develops and maintains disaster recovery plans and tests
