Job summary

Qualifications

• All levels require a Secret security clearance.
• Journeyman requires 3+ years in systems administration or related field.
• Senior requires 5-7 years and independent handling of complex environments.
• SME requires 10+ years and leadership across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide enterprise IT support, incident triage, troubleshooting and resolution.
• Maintain and administer workstation, server, and network infrastructure.
• Manage Government-Furnished Equipment (GFE) and mobile device support.
• Install, configure and troubleshoot enterprise applications and services.
• Support ITSM processes, change management, and knowledge management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve service delivery and documentation.
