Job summary

CACI International in the United States is seeking Systems Administrators at Journeyman, Senior, and SME levels to provide systems administration, desktop support, infrastructure management, and ITSM across complex enterprise environments.

You will partner with Government stakeholders and mission partners to troubleshoot incidents, manage changes, and improve end-user availability and performance across domestic and global operations.

Qualifications

• All levels require a Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support Total Ticket Ownership (TTO) throughout the incident and service request lifecycle.
• Provide desktop and end-user systems support for hardware, software, OS, connectivity, accounts, and peripherals.
• Manage Government-Furnished Equipment (GFE) and limited support for approved mobile devices.
• Perform systems and infrastructure administration for workstation, peripheral, and web services infrastructure.
• Install, configure, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise applications and services.
• Support collaboration platforms and enterprise tools across dispersed environments.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents in coordination with technical teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation for incident, change, and problem management.
