Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, systems engineering, IT, or related field.
• 3–5 years of software development or systems engineering experience.
• Strong cross‑functional communication skills.
• Ability to develop and trace requirements and test procedures.
• Experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies; willing to submit for polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical direction and requirement transparency across development teams.
• Perform requirements management including creation, tracking, flow down, coverage and verification.
• Develop test procedures to verify system requirements for sell‑off events.
• Decompose system requirements and collaborate with distributed teams for scalable solutions.
• Support development, implementation and verification of mission capabilities.
• Lead program milestone events and government testing activities.
• Conduct testing events and document test results.
• Support software operations with enterprise test events and onboarding.
