Job summary

Art.com is seeking a Systems Administrator to manage, maintain, and update essential IT infrastructure, including servers, endpoints, security tools, email, software, and hardware. The role involves backups, data integrity, and resolving desktop and system-related issues while supporting end users.

The position requires strong Windows and Linux server administration, AD (on-prem/Azure), DNS/DHCP, and backup experience, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and maintain discretion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years’ experience installing, supporting, and troubleshooting listed equipment in an enterprise setting.
• Strong Windows and Linux server administration knowledge.
• Experience with AD (on-prem and Azure), DNS/DHCP, and backup infrastructure.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively with teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform server administration tasks and monitor resources to ensure components work together.
• Monitor health and respond to hardware issues as they arise.
• Lead hardware and software migrations and upgrades.
• Triage and resolve desktop, server, network, and security issues with end users and teams.
• Conduct routine audits of systems and backups.
• Document tasks and review with management and technical teams.
