Qualifications

• 4-7+ years of Systems Administration experience.
• Experience supporting enterprise server infrastructure.
• Familiarity with Azure environments and cloud-based technologies.
• Windows Server administration experience.
• Active Directory and user administration experience.
• Network support and troubleshooting experience.
• Experience supporting daily IT operations in an enterprise environment.
• DevOps experience.
• Public cloud experience (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).
• Infrastructure automation or scripting experience.
• Experience supporting large, multi-site enterprise environments.
• Microsoft or cloud-related certifications.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations and administration of enterprise infrastructure.
• Manage and maintain Windows servers and related systems.
• Perform user account administration and access management.
• Assist with ongoing Azure migration and cloud modernization initiatives.
• Support network-related troubleshooting and operational activities.
• Resolve escalated infrastructure and systems issues.
• Participate in an on-call support rotation.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, and application teams to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Maintain documentation and operational procedures.
