Job summary

4A Consulting, LLC in Baltimore, MD, seeks a hands-on Systems Administrator – Endpoint & Server Infrastructure to manage enterprise Windows and server environments, patching, and vulnerability remediation. You will maintain endpoints, laptops, workstations, and servers, applying OS updates and coordinating maintenance with minimal disruption.

The ideal candidate has proven experience with Intune, SCCM, patch management across 1000+ endpoints, and strong documentation and cross-team communication

Qualifications

• Experience administering enterprise endpoint and server environments.
• Experience deploying patches and OS upgrades across 1000+ endpoints and multi-server environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune.
• Experience with SCCM / Configuration Manager or similar enterprise endpoint management platforms.
• Knowledge of Windows Server 2016–2025 environments.
• Experience troubleshooting patch deployments and endpoint issues.
• Understanding of vulnerability remediation and security patching processes.
• Ability to document deployment plans and testing results.
• Strong communication and collaboration across teams.
• Willingness to work outside normal hours for maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Endpoint & Patch Management across Windows/macOS endpoints and Windows/Linux servers.
• Test, deploy, monitor OS patches and updates across enterprise environments.
• Maintain centralized patching policies and deployment schedules.
• Coordinate maintenance windows and off-hours upgrades as required.
• Monitor patch compliance and troubleshoot failures to remediation.
• Maintain accurate infrastructure documentation and change records.
• Support lifecycle management for laptops, workstations, and servers.
