Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Systems Administrator/Endpoint Administrator to support one of our engineering clients. You will troubleshoot Windows devices, resolve system and hardware issues, and manage user access requests.

The role involves Azure, Dynamics 365, and endpoint management tools across hybrid environments. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in systems or desktop support, strong Windows expertise, and hands-on experience with Intune, SCCM/MECM, and Autopilot.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Systems Administration, Endpoint Administration, or Desktop Support experience.
• Strong experience supporting Windows environments and end-user devices.
• Experience with Azure Active Directory / Entra ID administration.
• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 support and user access management.
• Experience with endpoint management tools (Intune, SCCM/MECM, Autopilot, etc.).
• Proven troubleshooting of hardware, software, and operating system issues.
• Experience with user provisioning, permissions, and privilege escalation processes.
• Experience deploying software and configuring devices for end users.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills, Microsoft Intune administration and device compliance management.
• Windows Autopilot experience
• PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Experience supporting hybrid Azure/Microsoft 365 environments.
• Knowledge of security tools, conditional access, and endpoint security policies.
• Experience with process improvement and documentation.
• ITIL/service desk background.
• Experience supporting engineering, manufacturing, or technical user populations.
• Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate, Azure Administrator, or M365 certifications

Responsibilities
