Job summary

Ralph Lauren Corporation seeks a highly skilled Senior Windows Engineer to join the Global End User Computing team. You will architect, deploy, and support enterprise endpoint technologies across a global environment, with emphasis on Intune, Windows Autopilot, SCCM/MECM, Microsoft 365, and Azure/Entra ID.

You will lead modernization efforts, manage OS deployment, patching, device enrollment, and vendor coordination, while using Nexthink and ControlUp for proactive remediation and performance

Responsibilities

  • Architect, deploy, and support endpoint management using Intune, SCCM, Autopilot, and Azure/Entra.

  • Oversee Windows OS deployment, patching, and lifecycle management.
  • Manage Autopilot provisioning, device enrollment, and hardware vendor coordination.

  • Administer Teams and meeting room devices and related platforms.
  • Leverage Nexthink/ControlUp to monitor health and drive remediation.
  • Develop SOPs, runbooks, and automation with PowerShell and Graph API.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Windows Engineer to join our Global End User Computing team. This role is responsible for the architecture, engineering, deployment, support, and lifecycle management of enterprise endpoint technologies across a global environment The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, SCCM/MECM, Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra ID, desktop engineering, patch management, mobile device management, driver and firmware management, Microsoft Teams administration, Teams Rooms technologies, and Digital Employee Experience platforms such as Nexthink and ControlUp.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Architect, deploy, and support enterprise endpoint management solutions using Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, Windows Autopilot, Microsoft 365, and Azure/Entra ID.
  • Lead endpoint modernization initiatives, including migration from legacy management platforms to cloud-native endpoint management.
  • Design and maintain configuration profiles, compliance policies, security baselines, Conditional Access integrations, application deployment strategies, and endpoint remediation solutions.
  • Manage Windows desktop engineering, operating system deployment, feature updates, patching, vulnerability remediation, and lifecycle management.
  • Lead Windows Autopilot provisioning, zero-touch deployment, device enrollment, hardware hash management, and Autopilot-ready device processes with hardware vendors.
  • Manage enterprise client hardware platforms, including BIOS, firmware, chipset, docking station, peripheral, and driver update processes across Dell, Lenovo, HP, Microsoft Surface, Apple, and other client devices.
  • Support mobile device management across iOS, Android, Windows, and macOS platforms, including security policies, compliance controls, application deployment, and secure access.
  • Administer Microsoft Teams, Teams Rooms, collaboration devices, meeting room technologies, and related management platforms such as Teams Admin Center and Intune.
  • Use Digital Employee Experience tools such as Nexthink and ControlUp to monitor endpoint health, improve user experience, create dashboards, and drive proactive remediation.
  • Develop automation, documentation, engineering standards, SOPs, runbooks, and process improvements using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, Power Automate, and related tools.
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
  • 15+ years of overall Information Technology experience.
  • 7+ years of enterprise Windows Engineering experience.
  • 5+ years of hands-on Microsoft Intune engineering experience.
  • 5+ years of SCCM/MECM engineering and administration experience.
  • Extensive experience designing and supporting enterprise Windows Autopilot environments.
  • Proven experience supporting large-scale enterprise environments exceeding 10,000 endpoints.
  • Experience managing multiple enterprise hardware platforms, device standards, driver packages, firmware updates, and hardware lifecycle programs.
  • Experience supporting Microsoft Teams, Teams Rooms, collaboration spaces, meeting room technologies, and related device management platforms.
  • Experience supporting global enterprise environments across multiple regions preferred.
  • Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, SCCM/MECM, Microsoft 365, Azure, and Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Strong understanding of Windows engineering, endpoint security, compliance, patch management, vulnerability remediation, and mobile device management.
  • Advanced knowledge of application packaging, operating system deployment, device enrollment, endpoint analytics, and modern endpoint management practices.
  • Experience with PowerShell automation, Microsoft Graph API, Intune APIs, Power Automate, and automated remediation workflows.
  • Familiarity with Digital Employee Experience platforms such as Nexthink and ControlUp.
  • Knowledge of Teams administration, Microsoft Teams Rooms, collaboration devices, AV peripherals, and meeting room support technologies.
