Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field and three years of related computing work experience; or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Responsible for administration, design, implementation, configuration, and maintenance of server hardware, software, operating systems, and security systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for technical support across 210 instructional labs and faculty/staff environments.
• Maintain security compliance for instructional workstations and servers; apply OS updates and patches.
• Administer and maintain data backup, recovery, and disaster recovery solutions.
• Manage IT change management and documentation of technology changes to instructors and stakeholders.
• Continuously develop expertise in OS, enterprise apps, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and networking.
• Other duties as assigned
