Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with computing or information systems coursework and 3+ years of related experience or equivalent combination.
• Experience with Linux server administration and enterprise systems.
• Ability to analyze requirements and troubleshoot complex data processing and computing problems.
• Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd-tier support for ERP systems by troubleshooting, documenting issues, and guiding users.
• Analyze requirements and plan installation or modification of ERP components.
• Coordinate software installation, configuration, or updates.
• Create and follow procedures for installation and maintenance of software systems.
• Develop scripts or programs to automate routine tasks and improve efficiency.
• Monitor system health and collaborate with vendors to ensure licensing compliance.
