Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Associate in IT/CS or equivalent hands-on experience.
- 3–5 years of system administration in a medium to enterprise environment.
- Strong Linux and Windows Server administration skills.
- Experience with VMware, Active Directory, storage, and cloud environments (Azure/AWS/GCP).
- Familiarity with security frameworks, patching, and hardening best practices.
Responsibilities
- Maintain Windows and Linux servers with patching and configuration.
- Support VMware ESXi, vCenter operations, provisioning, and performance tuning.
- Manage AD, Azure AD, DNS, DHCP, and identity configurations.
- Perform hardware installation and lifecycle maintenance for servers/storage.
- Ensure security baselines and patch management across systems.
- Assist with endpoint protection, email security, and system hardening.
- Monitor systems using SolarWinds, Dynatrace, Grafana and cloud native tools.
