The roleRequires a strong technical background, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced nonprofit environment.

The position involves server and cloud management, security/compliance, training staff, and maintaining IT documentation. Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years in a similar role are required.

Qualifications

• Experience with endpoint security and compliance standards.
• Experience with phone system support and cloud management.
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain server and network infrastructure, ensuring reliability and security.
• Oversee and manage server, cloud infrastructure, backups, and disaster recovery planning.
• Deploy, configure, and manage endpoint devices and phone systems with secure practices.
• Implement and enforce security policies; conduct audits and vulnerability assessments.
• Provide user support and staff training; create IT documentation and guides.
• Perform other duties as required.
