Job summary

Sisters of Charity of Nazareth Inc. is seeking a System Administrator to oversee IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, cloud services, and security. You will support employees and residents, troubleshoot complex issues, and maintain system documentation.

The role requires a Bachelor’s/Associate degree in IT or related field and 5+ years of relevant experience, with certifications preferred. Strong collaboration with IT Director and vendors is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Administration, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Professional certifications in Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA, VMware or similar are preferred.
• Five years of demonstrated work experience in IT support, networks, and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, servers, networks, endpoints, cloud services, and security tools.
• Provide technical support to employees and residents, troubleshoot complex issues, and maintain documentation.
• Collaborate with IT Director and vendors to ensure security, availability, and performance of technology services.
