Job summary

Dealer Tire, LLC is seeking a Systems Administrator to manage on‑premises and cloud infrastructure, covering Windows, Linux, VMware, AD, and cloud platforms. The role emphasizes security, availability, and operational excellence across Microsoft 365 and server environments.

The position requires 3+ years with Windows and Linux, experience with Citrix and MECM, and the ability to support AWS/Azure resources. On-site work in Columbus, OH is expected with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years with Windows servers (2016/2019/2022).
• 3+ years with Linux (Red Hat 7/8, SUSE 15/16).
• Experience supporting Citrix environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM).
• Experience with backup software in 800+ server environments.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Willingness to travel less than 10%.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support MS 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive.
• Maintain AWS and Azure resources; troubleshoot cloud issues.
• Manage VMware vSphere; monitor health and performance.
• Configure OS patches, upgrades, and lifecycle management for servers.
• Manage Active Directory users, groups, and Group Policies.
• Support Kubernetes clusters on‑premises or in the cloud.
• Respond to incidents and document procedures; troubleshoot and resolve problems.
• Coordinate with Network Engineers, BA, and DBA to implement client/server systems.
• Participate in 24x7 on-call schedule and drive uptime metrics.
