Job summary

Dealer Tire is seeking a Systems Administrator to manage on‑premises and cloud infrastructure, supporting Windows and Linux, VMware, and Active Directory to ensure high availability and security.

You will handle Microsoft 365, monitor AWS/Azure resources, manage backups and DR, and work with IT teams to implement best practices and automation. This is a hands‑on role with on‑call rotation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years with Windows servers and Linux environments.
• Experience with VMware, Citrix, AD, and cloud platforms.
• Understanding of security, patching, and disaster recovery.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Windows and Linux servers.
• Manage VMware vSphere and virtual machines.
• Support Active Directory services and network infrastructure components.
• Monitor and remediate system vulnerabilities and compliance.
• Oversee backups, DR processes, and data protection.
• Collaborate with IT teammates and vendors to resolve incidents.
• Support cloud resources on AWS and Azure and Microsoft 365.
• Participate in on‑call schedule and system improvements.
