Fusion Digital is seeking a Systems Administrator - IT & Managed Services to join our Rochester, NY team. The role focuses on Microsoft technologies, cloud, endpoint, identity, and managed services, delivering Level 1 and 2 support to clients.

The ideal candidate has a solid systems foundation, enjoys problem solving across technologies, and can work directly with clients. A basic networking understanding is helpful; advanced networking is supported by specialist resources.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration (Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams).
• Understanding of identity and access management, MFA, and cybersecurity fundamentals.
• Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft 365 environments including Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Manage users, licenses, MFA, and Conditional Access.
• Configure and troubleshoot Windows endpoints; support Windows Server environments.
