Job summary

A financial institution is seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to manage the nCino platform and enhance banking operations. The role demands expertise in creating workflows and maintaining data integrity. Ideal candidates will have over 5 years of experience in nCino administration, particularly in commercial lending, and preferably Salesforce administration skills. You will play a key role in digital transformation initiatives while collaborating with internal teams to optimize system functionalities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in nCino administration within Commercial Lending.
• Strong knowledge of banking operations, especially in lending.
• Experience with Salesforce administration preferred.

Job description

We are looking for a Systems Administrator who has experience working with Salesforce, nCino, and other banking technologies. This person will manage day-to-day admin work as well as long-term project-based initiatives.

What you’ll do:

• Create and customize the nCino platform to reach our business requirements, including establishing loan products, workflows, and user permissions.
• Sync the deployment of new features, updates, and patches to the nCino platform.
• Work alongside internal teams to control integrations with third-party operations such as core banking platforms, documents management tools, and loan servicing systems.
• Warrant seamless data flow among nCino and various other systems while still controlling data integrity and security.
• Create, build and maintain reports and dashboard with nCino to help guide business decision-making through actionable insights

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience working as an nCino Administrator, specifically within Commercial Lending
• Strong understanding of banking operations specifically in lending (consumer and commercial).
• Experience with Salesforce administration is preferred (FSC is ideal)
• Experience with integration tools and APIs
• nCino Administrator certification or Salesforce Certified Administrator is recommended
