Job summary
Zions Bancorporation’s Enterprise Technology and Operations team is seeking an nCino Application Developer to configure, scale, and optimize the nCino Lending Origination System within Salesforce. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows for commercial bankers and deliver digital capabilities that drive enterprise velocity.
Responsibilities include configuring the platform, translating requirements, monitoring health, and maintaining data governance.
Qualifications
- 2+ years hands-on configuration or development on nCino Bank OS and Salesforce.
- Strong knowledge of SOQL/SQL and relational data modelling concepts.
- Experience delivering solutions through structured SDLC and change management.
Responsibilities
- Support, design, configure, and enhance features within nCino Bank OS and Salesforce.
- Turn complex business needs into maintainable platform enhancements with end users and Product Managers.
- Monitor platform health, troubleshoot incidents, ensure high availability and data integrity.
- Identify automation opportunities within native nCino/Salesforce features to reduce debt and improve UX.
- Document changes, maintain data governance, and ensure release compliance.
