Job summary

Cognizant is seeking an experienced Salesforce nCino Developer to join our team and support the design, development, and implementation of banking and lending solutions on the Salesforce and nCino platforms.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce development, hands-on experience with the nCino Banking Operating System (BOS), integrations, and a solid understanding of banking and lending processes.

Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on Salesforce platform development experience.
2+ years of nCino implementation and development experience.
Proficiency with Apex, LWC, Flow, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce security.
Experience integrating Salesforce with REST/SOAP APIs and DevOps tooling.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce/nCino solutions.
Configure and customize nCino modules (Commercial Lending, Retail Banking, Loan Origination, Customer Engagement).
Develop Apex Classes, Triggers, LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce Flows.
Build and support integrations via REST/SOAP APIs.
Collaborate with analysts, architects, and stakeholders to deliver technical solutions.
Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support.
Ensure adherence to best practices, security standards, and governance.
Troubleshoot issues and support CI/CD deployment processes.
Contribute to Agile ceremonies and sprint planning.
