Job summary

Cognizant is seeking an experienced Salesforce nCino Developer to design, develop, and implement banking and lending solutions on the Salesforce and nCino platforms. The candidate will work on integration, customization of modules, and governance adhering to best practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce platform development experience.
• 2+ years of nCino implementation and development experience.
• Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flow, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce Security Model.
• Experience with DevOps and deployment tools (Git, Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT, Flosum, or similar).
• Strong understanding of banking, lending, and financial services processes.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable solutions using Salesforce and nCino platforms.
• Customize nCino modules including Commercial Lending, Retail Banking, Loan Origination, and Customer Engagement.
• Develop and maintain Apex Classes, Triggers, LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce Flows.
• Build and support integrations with third-party systems via REST and SOAP APIs.
• Collaborate with BAs, Solution Architects, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, deployment activities, and production support.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce and nCino best practices, security standards, and governance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Salesforce and nCino apps.
• Support release management and CI/CD deployment processes.
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and technical discussions.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce nCino Developer to join our team and support the design, development, and implementation of banking and lending solutions on the Salesforce and nCino platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce development, hands‑on experience with the nCino Banking Operating System (BOS), integrations, and a solid understanding of banking and lending processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable solutions using Salesforce and nCino platforms.

• Experience working within banking or financial services organizations.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Salesforce Agentforce and AI‑powered capabilities.
• MuleSoft integration experience.
• Experience with OmniStudio and Experience Cloud.
• Data migration, ETL, and large‑scale data management experience.
• Exposure to CI/CD best practices and automated deployment strategies.

Salary and Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $ 129,000– $ 150,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
