Job summary

Atrium Staffing LLC is seeking a Systems Administrator for a Langhorne, PA client. This full-time, onsite role runs 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM and focuses on managing cloud and on-prem infrastructure, including Azure, Proxmox, Windows servers, and M365.

You will troubleshoot networks, assist with migrations, document details, and support endpoints. Experience in MSP environments and 3–4+ years in cloud/virtualization is preferred; Azure certification or equivalent credentials are required.

Qualifications

• 3-4+ years of experience with cloud and virtualization platforms (Azure/VMware/Proxmox).
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure environments and Windows Server administration.
• Solid networking knowledge: firewalls, switches, routers, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, TCP/IP.

Responsibilities

• Manage, troubleshoot, and support cloud and virtualization infrastructure (Azure/Proxmox).
• Configure and maintain Windows Servers and Microsoft 365.
• Support and troubleshoot network infrastructure including firewalls, switches, routers, VPNs, and APs.
• Diagnose and resolve server, network, and endpoint issues promptly.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding client systems and environments.
• Maintain documentation and update service requests in the ticketing system.

Our client is an IT consulting firm based in Langhorne, Pennsylvania, looking to hire a Systems Administrator with experience operating, maintaining, and managing cloud environments. The team environment is friendly, with frequent team bonding events.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$70k - $85k Annually

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Administrator to join our client’s team in a full-time, onsite role with a working schedule of 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. In this position, the Systems Administrator will be responsible for managing and optimizing cloud and on-premises infrastructure across a variety of environments. Success in this role involves ensuring system stability, supporting migration efforts, and providing top-tier technical support. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic MSP environment and can take ownership of complex technical issues from diagnosis through resolution.

Responsibilities of the Systems Administrator:

• Manage, troubleshoot, and support cloud and virtualization infrastructure, including Microsoft Azure and Proxmox platforms.
• Configure and maintain Windows servers, Microsoft 365, and related business applications.
• Support and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including firewalls, switches, routers, VPNs, and wireless access points.
• Diagnose and resolve server, network, and endpoint issues promptly.
• Participate in infrastructure projects such as deployment, migration, and documentation.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding client systems and environments.
• Install, configure, and support workstations, printers, and peripheral devices.
• Maintain detailed, accurate technical documentation and update service requests within the ticketing system.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams, providing proactive support and escalation when necessary.

Required Experience/Skills for the Systems Administrator:

• 3 - 4+ years of experience with cloud and virtualization platforms, including Azure, VMware, or Proxmox.
• Strong experience supporting Microsoft Azure environments.
• Proficiency with Windows Server administration.
• Solid networking knowledge, including firewalls, switches, routers, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and TCP/IP.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 and supporting Windows and macOS endpoints.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities effectively.
• Prior experience supporting end users and providing technical solutions in an MSP environment is a plus.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Systems Administrator:

• Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of VLAN configuration and virtual desktop environments.
• Familiarity with remote and hybrid work environments.

Education Requirements:

• Relevant certifications such as Azure Certification, RDN, or equivalent credentials are required.
• 3 - 4 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or engineering roles are required.
