Insight Global is seeking an Enterprise Applications Analyst to support and maintain two critical enterprise platforms: Hyland OnBase and Quadient Inspire. This role serves as the primary technical support resource for these applications and acts as a liaison between business users, infrastructure teams, vendors, and IT partners. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting enterprise applications in a production environment, strong troubleshooting capabilities, and a solid understanding of the infrastructure components that support business-critical systems. This individual will help ensure application availability, performance, security, and stability while participating in upgrades, enhancements, integrations, and ongoing operational support. This role requires someone who can effectively investigate issues, determine whether root causes originate within the application or supporting infrastructure, and engage the appropriate technical teams for resolution.

You’ll be responsible for:2 Applications: Onbase & InspireEnterprise application administration and supportDatabase administration, SQL, and query developmentWindows Server administration and infrastructure supportCloud technologies, particularly AWS and/or AzureAuthentication and identity management (SSO, Entra ID, Active Directory, etc.)Application integrations and middleware technologiesProduction support, troubleshooting, and incident managementWorking directly with stakeholders (Internal NJM)Technical documentation and process improvement
