Job summary

Peraton is seeking a Systems Administrator for a full-time role based at a Peraton location in South Carolina. The position requires 1880 hours of support per year and focuses on implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems to meet user requirements.

The candidate will work independently and in teams, must have a technical bachelor’s degree and IAM Level I DoD 8570 compliance, and will determine power, space, cooling, and funding needs to support IT infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university and five (5) years’ experience as a SA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required. Five (5) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
• DoD 8570 compliance with Information Assurance Management (IAM) Level I or higher is required.
• Ability to work independently and in groups to complete tasks bounded by constraints.
• Ability to track progress against established baselines to resolve technical challenges and meet customer expectations.
