Acuity, Inc. seeks an experienced Systems Administration Team Lead to provide hands-on technical leadership for a team supporting the U.S. Department of State's critical enterprise IT infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
• 5+ years Windows Server experience.
• 5+ years specialized experience in Systems Administration supporting MS SQL Server, SCCM, O365/SharePoint and MS Azure.
• Knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, Registry, Group Policy Objects.
• Proficient in PowerShell scripting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Systems Administrators for DoS enterprise IT.
• Serve as primary escalation point for complex incidents and troubleshoot critical infrastructure issues.
• Oversee administration, configuration, maintenance, and support of Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, SCCM, and related systems.
• Assign and prioritize technical workloads, monitor performance, and ensure timely incident resolution.
• Provide technical oversight for upgrades, patching, and vulnerability remediation.
• Develop automation using PowerShell and other scripting tools.
• Prepare and deliver reports to leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and ITIL processes.
• Collaborate with network, cybersecurity, engineering, and application support teams.
• Maintain documentation and SOPs.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to communicate issues and risks.
