Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or equivalent where allowed by contract.
Minimum of 10 years in enterprise IT with technical engineering experience.
Proven experience leading technical engineering teams and delivering complex solutions.
Role combines technical leadership with project delivery responsibilities.
Strong understanding of cloud, automation, SDLC, and DevSecOps.
Active Secret clearance and eligibility for Top Secret.

Responsibilities

Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams across cloud, automation, security, and storage.
Provide day‑to‑day technical leadership and oversight to engineers.
Bridge engineering execution with project management and government stakeholders.
Evaluate designs, identify gaps, and steer teams toward effective solutions.
Manage lifecycle activities: planning, design, development, testing, deployment, ops.
Conduct architecture reviews, technical discussions, and risk mitigation.
Oversee workloads, resources, priorities, and delivery across streams.
Mentor engineers and foster accountability and collaboration.
