Job summary

Advanced Micro Devices is seeking a Lead System Validation Engineer for AI Rack Validation. The role focuses on system and silicon validation of AMD EPYC Server and Instinct products within a post-silicon validation group.

You will drive validation strategy, debug throughput, and cross-functional collaboration across global teams. As a senior leader, you will mentor engineers, define validation readiness criteria, and push continuous improvements in validation processes, tools, and automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in electrical or computer engineering.
• Experience debugging OS, FW, Silicon, and HW issues.
• Strong knowledge of system architecture and validation strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead system-level, rack-level, and cluster-scale validation strategy for AI and ML server platforms.
• Define validation plans for customer deployment scenarios across scale-up and scale-out environments.
• Develop validation methodologies spanning CPU, GPU, memory, BIOS, BMC, networking, storage, and platform firmware.
