ACME, a division of the Albertsons Companies, is seeking a System Support Technician in Denver, PA for our 2nd shift. You will monitor, process, and support retail and warehouse order activity across 450 stores, ensuring accuracy and timely issue resolution.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma, strong customer service, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Manhattan WMS or similar systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, process, and maintain retail and warehouse orders for 450+ stores.
• Identify and report order exceptions and system issues to leadership.
• Communicate with retail partners, distribution centers, and internal teams via phone and email.
