Washington Regional Medical System in Fayetteville, AR seeks an Assistant Director, Revenue Integrity, to lead system-wide charge capture, pricing, and reimbursement governance across hospitals and clinics. You will partner with finance, coding, compliance, and operations to optimize revenue integrity and reduce leakage.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in a related field, 5+ years in revenue cycle with leadership experience, and credentials such as RHIA/RHIT or CCS/CPC preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• RHIA/RHIT/CCS/CPC/CPMA/CRCR or related credential preferred.
• 5+ years in revenue integrity, hospital or professional billing, coding, charge capture, chargemaster management, reimbursement, auditing, or related revenue cycle function; 2+ years supervision.
• Strong knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10-CM/PCS, revenue codes, modifiers, payer requirements, Medicare and Medicaid regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide system-level leadership for revenue integrity operations across hospitals, ambulatory clinics, physician practices, and other entities; establish priorities, standards, and performance expectations.
• Lead and develop revenue integrity leaders and team members; oversee staffing, productivity, and performance.
• Oversee chargemaster and fee-schedule governance for hospital and professional services; maintain codes, prices, descriptions, and effective dates.
• Collaborate with clinical and operational departments to ensure accurate charges and compliant documentation and billing practices.
• Monitor regulatory, payer, coding, reimbursement, and industry changes; coordinate timely updates to systems, processes, and policies.
• Manage claim edits, work queues, charge-related holds, and revenue integrity exceptions to promote clean claims.
• Develop and execute a risk-based audit and monitoring program for charge capture, coding alignment, and billing practices; drive corrective actions.
• Analyze revenue performance, denial trends, and reimbursement opportunities; report findings to leadership.
