Job summary

Washington Regional is seeking an Assistant Director, Revenue Integrity to provide system-wide leadership for charge capture, coding alignment, and reimbursement across hospitals and clinics.

You will guide chargemaster governance, oversee audits, and partner with clinical, operational, finance, and IT leaders to strengthen controls and ensure compliant billing practices while driving efficiency and financial stewardship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health information management, health care administration, business, finance, nursing, or related field.
• Five years of revenue integrity or related experience; two years in a supervisory role.
• Knowledge of CPT/HCPCS/ICD-10-CM/PCS, revenue codes, modifiers; familiarity with Epic and other EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide system-level leadership for revenue integrity across hospitals and clinics.
• Direct chargemaster governance and ensure consistent standards across entities.
• Partner with clinical and operational teams to ensure accurate charges and compliant billing.
• Monitor regulatory changes and coordinate timely system updates.
• Develop and implement a risk-based audit and monitoring program.
• Analyze revenue performance and present findings to leadership.
