Washington Regional in Fayetteville, AR seeks a Director of the Central Billing Office to provide strategic and operational leadership for the system's centralized patient financial services. The role oversees hospital and professional billing, claims management, insurance follow-up, denials, and cash posting, driving compliant, timely reimbursements and strong financial controls.

You will lead a high-performing team, partner with key leaders, and advance end-to-end revenue cycle performance

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, finance, or accounting required.
• 7+ years of progressive leadership in healthcare billing or revenue cycle.
• Experience leading multi-entity or multi-site health system billing teams preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for centralized billing across the health system.
• Oversee end-to-end billing, claims, follow-up, denials, and cash posting for hospital and professional services.
• Establish KPIs for AR, cash collection, denials, aging, and underpayments; drive improvement plans.
• Lead managers and staff; foster training, accountability, and succession planning.
• Collaborate with Patient Financial Access and Coding Services to optimize end-to-end revenue cycle.
