Base pay range

$65,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr

Addison Group is working with a medical manufacturing company in search for a Systems QA Coordinator to join their team. This is fully remote role and working CST time zone. Please apply to be considered.

About the Role - The Systems QA Coordinator will support the Director of Business Systems by ensuring the quality, accuracy, and success of automations and integrations within business systems. This role will ensure all newly implemented features and system changes are validated and fully operational. The Systems QA Coordinator will be responsible for testing, documenting failures, and identifying issues. Collaboration with internal stakeholders will be required to best understand how to reduce and resolve issues. This role will play a key part in ensuring that all new technology and existing technology enhancements are implemented with low business interruption.

Responsibilities -

  • Coordinate and execute quality assurance across multiple business systems including Salesforce, Acumatica, BigCommerce, form integrations, and API tools.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of client needs with a technology-based mindset.
  • Validate system enhancements, changes, fixes, and integrations through comprehensive testing and post go-live auditing.
  • Proactively monitor ongoing system operations and identify potential for quality and performance issues.
  • Track, document, and communicate issues.
  • Provide first-line support for QA related system issues, ensuring a quick path to identification and resolution.
  • Temporarily assist other teams with data entry and process workflows to help bridge the gap with new technology efforts.
  • Anything else assigned by Director, Business Systems

Qualifications -

  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems or business, or equivalent professional experience
  • 3 to 5 years of related experience

Required Skills -

  • Familiarity with QA methodologies, tools, and best practices, especially related to integrated SaaS environments (ex: Salesforce, Acumatica, API Tools, etc.)
  • Experience testing ERP, CRM, analytics, and form-based software applications
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a forward-thinking mindset
  • Must be able to manage multiple projects/efforts at one time
  • Must be able to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Must be able to start a task with minimal guidance and overcome challenges as encountered
  • Must have a high attention to detail
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with integrations between various business systems is a must
