Your main tasks:

  1. Lead and support TEOA (TE Operating Advantage) deployment within assigned functions (e.g., Sales, Product Management, Procurement)
  2. Facilitate Kaizen events, process mapping sessions, and gap analyses across various business functions
  3. Deliver Continuous Improvement training (onsite and remotely), including tools and problem-solving methodologies
  4. Identify process improvement opportunities, lead cross-functional projects, and implement best practices
  5. Collaborate closely with TEOA team members across regions to ensure alignment and success
  6. Partner with internal stakeholders to support transformation at both site and functional levels
  7. Provide structured CI training to functional teams to build internal capability and sustainability
  8. Support manufacturing environments by participating in plant visits and training initiatives (travel up to once per month)
What your background should look like:

Your ideal background:

  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on Continuous Improvement experience
  • Proven success leading cross-functional CI projects (not limited to business processes)
  • Proven Kaizen facilitator with experience achieving breakthrough process improvements and strategic goals within business processes
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification or equivalent practical experience
  • Background in business process improvement (e.g., supply chain, sales, customer service, procurement)
  • Experience delivering training sessions on CI tools and methodologies (onsite and remote)
  • Experience working across multiple countries and cultures
  • Strong self-organization and accountability—100% remote work capability
  • Fluent in English

COMPENSATION

  • Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $72,200-$108,400 (subject to change depending on physical location)
  • Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
  • Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentives + Benefits
