The pay for a Quality Assurance & HR Coordinator can vary depending on factors like experience, location, and the specific responsibilities of the role. For Bloomington, MN, which is in the Minneapolis metro area, the typical salary range for a role like this could be:

Entry-level: $45,000 to $55,000 per year

Mid-level experience: $55,000 to $65,000 per year

Experienced professionals: $65,000 to $75,000+ per year

This can vary based on your company’s budget, the candidate's experience, and other factors like benefits and growth opportunities.

If you want to be competitive in attracting the right talent, I'd recommend starting in the mid-range and adjusting based on the candidate's qualifications. You could list the salary as "Competitive, based on experience" in the job posting or provide a more specific range if you prefer to set clear expectations.
