Job Title - QA Lead

Location - Remote

Job Duration - Long Term

1. Good experience as a Quality Engineer in Insurance or Salesforce application Testing.
2. Strong testing experience in Insurance and broker domain, with familiarity with Agency insurance products, rules, and methodologies.
3. SME level functional knowledge of PAS applications testing is required.
4. Must have a hands-on approach, testing critical functionalities, and providing sign-off.
5. Experience in Salesforce application testing is required.
6. Ability to work with clients and publish various testing reports.
7. Implement industry best practices and improve overall QA processes.
8. Experience in creating regression testing suites and reviewing automation test scenarios.
9. Ability to define and implement testing strategies.
10. Experience working on Agile projects, with inquisitiveness, critical thinking, and extensive experience with Jira.
11. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
12. Technical Skills (Secondary, Nice to Have, Not Mandatory):
13. Experience with Selenium automation testing or creating automation frameworks.
14. Experience with Provar automation tool.
15. Soft Skills:
16. Positive attitude with attention to detail.
17. Strong written and oral communication skills.
18. Ability to solve complex technical problems and work with client stakeholders.
