Job summary

Exotec seeks an Integrator Performance Engineer to own system performance and reliability for installations across North America. You will work with integrators, maintenance teams, and customers to ensure uptime, throughput, and optimal operation through root-cause analysis and proactive enhancements.

The role requires collaboration with Product and Engineering, strong communication, and willingness to travel up to 50% to customer sites for critical operations and performance reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with ability to build relationships.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Collaborative team player across functions and cultures.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotations, including nights/weekends.
• Ability to travel up to 35-50%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical owner of system performance, reliability, and operational excellence for Exotec installations in North America.
• Collaborate with integrators, maintenance teams and customers to ensure peak performance.
• Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for complex issues.
• Drive actions to minimize recurring failures and improve uptime and throughput.
• Support incidents and coordinate resolutions across customers and teams.
• Provide guidance on maintenance, software upgrades, and system optimization.
• Train partner maintenance teams to boost troubleshooting capabilities.
• Analyze performance trends to improve long-term reliability.
• Travel to customer sites to support operations and performance reviews.
