Job summary

Exotec in Atlanta is seeking an Integrator Performance Manager to lead a multidisciplinary engineering team supporting integrators through sales, deployment, and maintenance of automated warehouse solutions in the US. You will enhance integrator autonomy through documentation, training, and on-site audits to ensure satisfaction and adherence to standards.

You will drive continuous improvement, coordinate cross-functional teams, and mentor staff while aligning with company objectives and customer

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, robotics, or warehouse automation environments.
• 5–7 years in logistics, automation, or deployment/maintenance leadership roles.
• Full professional proficiency in English; French is a plus.
• Customer-focused mindset with commitment to high-quality solutions.
• Strong leadership and coordination across cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management in diverse environments.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
• Experience with project management practices, tools, and KPIs.
• Educational background in Engineering, Logistics, Robotics, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for integrators and resolve technical issues.
• Influence product roadmap reflecting integrator needs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and installation.
• Identify and mitigate deployment risks and organize support.
• Mentor teams on new systems and processes and manage budgets.
