Job summary

Exotec Solutions SAS in Atlanta, GA is seeking an Integrator Performance Manager to lead a multidisciplinary engineering team across sales, deployment, and maintenance of automated warehouse solutions in the US region.

You will advocate for integrators, shape the product roadmap, coordinate cross-functional deployment, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery while driving continuous improvement and strong customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, robotics, or warehouse automation.
• 5–7 years in deployment or maintenance management.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with WMS and KPI-driven performance.
• Degree in Engineering, Logistics, Robotics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary engineering team across sales, deployment, and maintenance lifecycles.
• Advocate for integrators and align product roadmap with their needs.
• Coordinate cross-functional deployment activities and risk mitigation.
• Provide technical expertise during pre-sales and client meetings.
• Monitor performance, drive continuous improvement, and ensure safety compliance.
• Manage budgets, resources, and stakeholder communications.
