Job summary

Exotec designs and delivers advanced automation solutions for warehouses in the North America region, focusing on performance, reliability, and uptime.

As an Integrator Performance Engineer, you will own system performance across installations, work with partners and customers, and lead root-cause analysis. Travel to customer sites will be required to ensure peak operation and ongoing improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Software, Mechatronics, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with collaboration across teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to explain complex concepts to varied audiences.
• Willingness to travel up to 35–50%.
• On-call rotations may be required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical point of contact for integrators and customers.
• Monitor system performance and identify uptime improvements.
• Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for issues.
• Drive corrective and preventive actions to reduce failures.
• Support escalated incidents and coordinate resolution.
• Provide guidance on maintenance practices and software upgrades.
• Train partner maintenance teams to boost support capabilities.
• Analyze performance trends to improve reliability.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to address recurring issues.
• Travel to customer sites to support operations.
