Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree and professional certifications as applicable.
• Clearance or eligibility: SECRET level or higher based on role; multiple levels possible (Junior/Journeyman/Senior).
• Excellent communication and self-motivation; proficient in English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all system operations activities and coordinate between operational teams.
• Develop and enforce operational policies and standards; lead reviews and improvements.
• Mentor junior staff and manage large-scale projects; align operations with program objectives.
• Establish incident, problem, and capacity planning processes; ensure security/compliance.
