Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee all system operations activities and develop operational policies.
• Mentor junior staff and manage large-scale projects.
• Develop and maintain System Operations Plan; coordinate between teams.
• Establish operational standards and best practices; lead reviews and assessments.
• Analyze performance metrics and recommend improvements; manage operational risks.
• Collaborate with program management to align operational solutions with objectives.
• Design and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.
• Establish incident and problem management processes; develop capacity planning strategies.
• Lead readiness activities for new deployments; ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and manage budgets; establish SLAs for operational services.
• Represent operations in cross-functional leadership forums.
