Ideal candidates will have at least 4 years of experience with complex systems, strong analytical skills, and a solid educational background in relevant fields.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Systems Integration or R&D with a focus on software.
• Proven experience using monitoring and observability platforms to track system health.
• Strong understanding of software stacks in robotics, including communication protocols.

Responsibilities

• Conduct remote triage utilizing log parsing and telemetry data.
• Lead end-to-end investigations into novel failures.
• Create reusable diagnostic frameworks for identifying known software issues.
