Job summary

Munson Healthcare in northern Michigan is seeking a senior Environmental Services leader to build and sustain a world-class EVS division across the system. You will provide system-wide leadership, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive operational excellence in cleaning, linen, and support services.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of progressive leadership experience in Environmental Services, preferably in a healthcare environment.
• Included in the 7 years of experience, must be a minimum of 5 years of experience in linen service, inventory control and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide system-wide leadership and oversight, ensuring consistent service standards, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.
• Lead, coach, and support the EVS Team by establishing priorities, coordinating staffing and work schedules, sharing best practices, monitoring performance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the system.
• Develop and oversee system-wide attraction and retention plans for EVS to ensure success of operating model.
• Manage key vendor partnerships and contractual relationships.
